The Liquor Expo Marketing Center project belongs to the High Quality Tobacco and Wine Industry. The proposed site is in Xishui Economic Development Zone in Guizhou, covering an area of about 30 mu, with a construction area of 20,000 square meters and a total investment of 100 million RMB.

 The project plans to build a liquor exhibition and marketing center, integrating liquor production technology, liquor display center, market sales area, an online sales platform, interactive & experienced space, high-end customization service, product traceability, logistics, and distribution. It will provide consumers with one-stop liquor shopping, cultural experience, leisure, and entertainment services, and promote liquor sales and enhance regional brand awareness.

 

 

The development zone is located in Xijiu Town, Xishui County, alongside the Chishui River in northern Guizhou Province, which is an important hub zone of "one district, two provinces, and three counties." It is also a transportation hub connecting major and medium-sized cities among Guizhou, Sichuan, and Chongqing.

As one of the core areas of the "Renhuai-Xishui Famous Liquor Industrial Park" in Guizhou Province, the liquor industry in this project has a strong policy, transportation, and infrastructural support.

Nowadays, besides Xijiu and Maotai 201, the remaining distilleries in Xishui Economic Development Zone generally face problems such as small scale operations, low brand awareness, single sales mode, etc. These problems can be assuaged through the introduction of professional brands that will streamline operations and promote sales.

 

The application of information technology has opened avenues of expansion and efficiency for the Chinese liquor industry. The liquor companies can take timely advantage of this favorable environment by combining experience and information technology and forming a complete marketing system so that they can gain a competitive advantage in the market.

This project takes the "Big Data + Experienced Marketing Center" approach to promote a centralized three-dimensional and integrated marketing of liquor products with a rationale to realize various innovative sales models for liquor products.

After reached the full capacity of the production, the annual operating income and a net profit of the project are estimated to be 200 million RMB and 100 million RMB respectively, with a return rate of investment of 36.82%, the investment recovery period of 4.4 years, thus making it a very attractive investment opportunity.
