Automobile Interior Products Production Project belongs to Advanced Equipment Manufacturing Industry. The site of this proposed project is in Guiyang’s National Economic and Technological Development Zone (NEDZ) with a land size of 100 Mu, and floor area of 58,600m2 looking for an estimated total investment of RMB 350 million.
The project is to build an automatic production line for automobile interior decoration and other ancillary products catering to the automobile manufacturing companies in the abovementioned Guiyang’s NEDZ in Guizhou to assist in coordinating forward and backward integration and creating a closed-loop industry.
The Development Zone is located in Huaxi, in the south of Guiyang within half-hour economic periphery of Guiyang. This project aims to seize into an exciting opportunity arising from the opening of Guizhou and Guiyang, to the frontier of Pan-Pearl River Delta.
As the first National Development Zone in Guizhou Province, Guiyang’s NEDZ will be the most representative area of Guizhou's blossoming wave of industrialization, the only national high-tech and special-talent zone in the whole of Guizhou, besides being one of the "1+8" innovation platforms in Guizhou.
Guiyang’s NEDZ has a powerful logistics network, with the largest railway logistics port in its southwest and over 100 air route 3D network. Besides, it is supported by sturdy industrial infrastructure, business environment and strong policy, making it ideal for the construction of this project.
With an ever increasing demand for more sophisticated and aesthetically pleasing automobiles, this project offers a wide range of prospects going into the future. Amidst fierce competition among automobile manufacturers, introducing more advanced and innovative models enhancing multi-dimensional experience for the customers, will be the key to lead. To facilitate that an underpinned automobile interior decoration manufacturing unit will be an enabler.
Currently, Guizhou is harboring a vigorous growth of automobile industry, with a special focus on the new energy vehicles. Many new energy automobile plants have recently been set-up, soliciting a need for companies that can cater sophisticated and innovative automobile interior decoration and other ancillary products. Therefore, validating the existence of an area of huge investment potential with massive, sustainable returns.
In this project, we plan to produce 200,000 sets of automobile interior decoration items annually, encompassing all mainstream products. We aim to build a strong automobile interior decoration brand, showcasing the cost benefits emerging from economies of scale and geographical vicinity. We aim to sell the products to the southwest market targeting more surrounding and provincial automobile manufacturers.
Conduct product R&D, build a more complete product line of automobile interior parts, and develop order-based production with the surrounding automobile enterprises.
Improve product technology R&D, plan to achieve in-depth cooperation with domestic automobile manufacturers and develop our own core product series.
Improve technical strength, reach the international design standards, enhance the reputation in the industry, increase domestic market share of enterprises and explore overseas markets.
Once the production has commenced, the project is expected to deliver an annual sales of about RMB 550 million, a net profit of RMB 101 million, with an expected Return on Investment of 25% and an investment payback period of 5.19 years. It will have considerable economic effects!!
