Intelligent Logistics and Warehousing Project belongs to Big Data Electronic Information Industry. The proposed site is in Guizhou Puding Economic Development Zone, covering the land area of 100 mu with total investment of about 100 million RMB.
We plan to renovate the existing workshops to be the intelligent warehousing and logistics center, sorting and packaging workshop, office and dormitory buildings. We will build an advanced information platform based on the network logistics to provide standard logistics service, logistics information exchange, E-business cloud warehousing and E-business incubation services.
Puding Economic Development Zone, located in Anshun, Guizhou Province, is at the western end of Gui'an New Area. It forms an important economic development belt in southwest of China with Gui'an and Liangjiang New Areas as well as Guizhou, Chengdu, Chongqing and Eastern Yunnan Economic Zones.
The Development Zone has three train stations, Huangtong in the south, Puding in the north and Huachu in the west, which form a convenient railway transportation network. More than 10 important economic cities can be reached within 7 hours such as Guizhou, Kunming, Chongqing, Shanghai and Beijing. Depending on the superior location and transportation advantages, the warehousing and logistics industry is planned to be one of the leading industries in the development zone.
Puding Development Zone is a key industrial zone supported by the the province and nation. There are more than 100 enterprises engaging in energy, building materials and food processing in the zone. It is extremely beneficial to the development of market channels for the project. In addition, abundant water and power resources with low cost, perfect infrastructure and convenient core area provide a good construction condition for this project.
The development of E-business in China stimulates the rapid development of logistics industry and provides a huge market demand for the development of logistics and warehousing industry. Compared with developed coastal provinces, the commercial and logistics industry in Guizhou still has a big room for development.
Along with the economic development of Anshun, the demand for high-level logistics services is increasing. As Guizhou is vigorously developing big data and Internet, the intelligent logistics and warehousing industry conforms to the market demand and has a broad prospect for development.
In this project, we intend to build a first-class and professional logistics service area in China based on convenient road and railway transportation to provide high-end supply chain logistics services regarding coal, steel, chemical, equipment manufacturing, agricultural products and byproducts.
After the completion of the project, the annual sales revenue is expected to reach 250 million RMB, the profit is about 35 million RMB and the internal rate of return on investment is about 35%. This project will have considerable economic benefits.
