2018930日广州港股份有限公司、佛山市公用事业控股有限公司、中山城市建设集团有限公司联合组织了南沙港区四期工程开工动员活动。

On September 30, 2018, Guangzhou Port Group Co., Ltd, Foshan Public Utilities Holding Co., Ltd. and Zhongshan City Construction Group Co., Ltd. jointly organized commencement and mobilization meeting for phase IV project of Nansha Port.

20181228日四期工程正式开工建设;计划2020年下半年,部分设备到港调试。计划2021年年中,完成初步的调试,部分泊位和堆场具备试投产条件。

The project was officially inaugurated on December 28,2018. By the latter half year of 2020, the first batch of equipment will arrive to begin commissioning.

The preliminary commissioning is planned to be completed in the middle of 2021. Several berths and yards will be ready for pilot operation.

1.广州港南沙港区四期工程位于珠江口龙穴岛中部,港区面积约120万平方米。拟建25万吨级和210万吨级海轮泊位,主码头长度为1460米。另建有12个驳船泊位,驳船码头长度为984米。设计年吞吐量为480TEU

Nansha Port Phase IV project is located in the middle of Longxue island of Pearl River Estuary with an area of about 1.2 million square meters. It will be equipped with 2 berths of 50000DWT &100000DWT separately with the length of 1460m, and another 12 barge berths with the length of 984m. The designed annual throughput is 4.8 million TEU.

2.水水中转比例高达80%以上,海轮和驳船泊位实现了“江海联运”模式,充分发挥了珠江口通江达海的优势。

With a high ratio of water transshipment up to 80%, its river-ocean combined transportation brings into full play the advantages of the special geographical location.

3.本工程采用单小车全自动化岸桥,实现了对集装箱船舶的智能装卸作业和对IGV的全自动装卸,在世界属于首创。

By applying automatic single-trolley STS, it can realize full automatic operation over container vessels and IGV, which is the first attempt in automated terminals around the world.

4.水平运输设备采用最新型IGV设备,创新采用了最新的无人驾驶智能导航技术,实现全方位自由行驶。采用定点自动充电的设计理念,实现了无限续航。

IGV is adopted as the horizontal transportation equipment. Based on the latest driverless technology and intelligent navigation, it can achieve all-round free driving. Automatic charging in fixed area realizes unlimited endurance.

5.集装箱堆场突破现有全自动集装箱码头端部装卸方式,结合自身的特点采取了与传统集装箱码头一样的装卸方式

Instead of end-loading mode, the layout of container yard has fully taken into consideration its own characteristic by applying side-loading mode like traditional terminals.

后方设置有港内外交互区,将外集装箱拖车与IGV隔离分流。

A transfer zone is set in the back for isolating IGV and external trucks.

1.广州港结合南沙港区的业务特点,集新一代物联网感知、大数据分析、人工智能等先进技术为一体,制定了全球首例“单小车自动化岸桥,无人驾驶IGV,堆场水平布置侧面装卸,港区全自动化”的“广州方案”。

In light of Nansha Ports business, IOT, big data analysis, AI and other advanced technologies, the innovative "Guangzhou Proposal" adopts automatic single-trolley STS, IGV, and horizontal Layout with side-loading mode to realize full automation.

 

2.码头操作系统自动智能地生成作业计划,包括智能配载、堆场计划;通过全程调度系统,动态合理高效的全程调度码头设备;设备控制系统根据现场实时信息和各种复杂数据,快速高效地执行自动化搬运任务。

Terminal Operation System(TOS) automatically generates an operation plan including intelligent stowage scheme and yard plan. Terminal equipment are dynamically, logically and efficiently dispatched by the whole-cycle dispatching system.

Equipment Control System(ECS) carries out stevedoring tasks rapidly and efficiently according to onsite real-time feedback and related data.

1.南沙四期工程采用的单小车岸桥,配备自动防摇防扭、船型扫描、防撞保护、智能着箱、OCR识别等功能。通过高清全数字视频采集系统,实现对船舶的半自动化作业,对IGV的全自动抓放箱。

The automatic single-trolley STS is equipped with Anti-sway system, Anti-skew system, SPSS, LCPS, Soft landing system, OCR and other intelligent systems. Semi-automation towards ship and full automation towards IGV is accomplished by CCTV system

2.IGV行驶到岸桥轨内作业区与岸桥进行交互。

IGV Loading/unloading area is set between STS rails.

3.IGV到位后,岸桥可实现对IGV全自动抓放箱。

When IGV arrives, STS operation towards IGV is fully automatic.

4.IGV通过特定区域时进行锁销的集中拆装作业。

Twistlock dismantling and assembling is restricted to designated area.

1.IGV配置多传感器融合的智能导航系统,满足自动作业交互精度;采用轻量化设计,对地轮压能够满足常规码头的承重设计;支持双向行驶、U型、90度转弯、斜行等多种运行模式,能够自由快捷灵活高效运行,提升码头装卸效率;

Application of multi-sensor  intelligent navigation system makes IGV positioning more accurate for automatic operation. Lightweight design requires less load-bearing capacity. IGV can travel flexibly and efficiently with a variety of travelling modes such as bidirectional driving, U route, 90-degree turning and crabbing to improve terminal operation efficiency.

2.IGV接收作业指令后,根据实时交通情况,运用智能路径规划和交通控制算法,动态选择最优路径。

After receiving a task, it can dynamically choose an optimized route according to intelligent route planning and traffic control algorithm based on real-time traffic condition.

3.IGV根据作业优先级,实现车辆之间的自动避让和有序通行。

Automatic collision avoidance and sequencing among IGVs are arranged by priority.

1.堆场设备采用悬臂式轨道吊进行装卸作业,可实现堆场内和对IGV的全自动抓放作业。

Cantilever RMG are equipped in yard. It achieves full automatic operation within yard and towards IGV.

2.智能化堆场管理系统,接收到作业任务后,根据现场实际情况制定策略,自动执行指令。

Smart Block Management System(BMS)develops a strategy according to onsite condition and automatically carries out tasks received from TOS.

3.全自动的智能轨道吊,能最大限度地保障堆场作业安全、稳定、高效地运行。

Automatic RMG ensures yard operation safely, stably and efficiently.

1.外拖车通过智能闸口到达后方交互区进行集疏运作业。交互区采用双悬臂轨道吊作业,对IGV和堆场内实现全自动化作业,对外拖车实现半自动化作业。

Trucks enter into transfer zone located in the back of the terminal through intelligent gate for container land-in and land-out.

ARMG is applied in transfer zone. The operation towards IGV and within yard is fully automatic. As for trucks, the operation is semi-automatic to ensure safety.

2.外拖车到位以后,轨道吊下降吊具到安全高度,系统切换至远程作业模式,由中控室操作人员完成抓放箱。

When truck arrives at target position, the spreader lowers to safety height and the operation mode changes to remote control. Then operator in ROS continues the task.

3.双悬臂轨道吊在海侧悬臂下实现对IGV的自动化作业,在陆侧悬臂下实现对外拖车的半自动作业,互不干涉,是实现内外部交通分流的关键所在。

Application of double cantilever RMG is the key to isolate internal and external traffic flows. IGV operation is under seaside cantilever while truck operation is under landside cantilever.
