贵州荔波黄江河国家湿地公园地处云贵高原向广西丘陵过渡的斜坡地带，属全球最典型的岩溶峰丛洼地地貌，地处荔波县甲良镇境内，地理坐标为北纬25°30'53"~25°36'57",东经107°38'0"~107°47'55"，湿地率47.15%，规划面积389.9h㎡，主要包括境内的黄江河全段、其支流漂洞河与懂奎河局部河段以及河流沿岸。其中不仅有较大面积的库塘湿地，还保存有岩溶地区少有的沼泽湿地及水生植物，河流与溶洞、库塘湿地特征典型，生物多样性丰富，是中亚热带岩溶湿地恢复的天然参照物，保护与科研价值极高。
Guizhou Libo Huangjiang River National Wetland Park is located in the slope zone where the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau transits to the Guangxi hills. It is the most typical karst peak-cluster depression landform in the world. It is located in Jialiang Town, Libo County. Its geographic coordinates are 25°30'53"~25°36'57" north latitude and 107°38'0"~107°47'55" east longitude. Its wetland rate is 47.15%, and its planned area is 389.9h㎡. It mainly includes the whole section of Huangjiang River, its tributary Piaodong River and some sections of Dongkui River as well as the river banks. Among them, there are not only large areas of reservoir wetlands, but also rare swamp wetlands and aquatic plants in karst areas. Rivers, karst caves and reservoir wetlands have typical characteristics with rich biodiversity. They are natural references for karst wetland restoration in mid-subtropical areas and have extremely high protection and scientific research value.
“思凡谷”景区位于甲良镇政府北面，距镇人民政府约1.5公里，景区占地面积约5平方公里，核心区占地面积约3平方公里。两岸风光旎丽，自然资源丰富，仙山、绿水、奇石、灵洞、石上森林，天然天成，融为一体；著名景点仙女沐浴池、牛郎探花石、仙缘桥、望夫石、候妻亭，佐伴其间，交相辉映。
The "Sifan Valley" scenic spot is located to the north of Jialiang Town Government, about 1.5 kilometers away from the Town People's Government. The scenic spot covers an area of about 5 square kilometers and the core area covers an area of about 3 square kilometers. The scenery on both sides of Sifan Valley is beautiful and natural resources are rich. Celestial mountain, green water, strange stones, spirit cave and stone forest are natural and integrated. Famous scenic spots such as Fairy Bath Pond, Cowherd Tanhua Stone, Xianyuan Bridge, Mangbuseog and Wife Waiting Pavilion all add radiance and beauty to each other.
“思凡谷”得名于牛郎织女之恋，因七仙女思恋凡间情愫，私自下凡沐浴，织女爱上勤劳勇敢的牛郎，与牛郎婚配生子，不肯返回天界而遭到王母责罚而演绎出浪漫爱情故事。
The "Sifan Valley" is named after the love between the Cowherd and the Weaving Maid. Because of A Maid from Heaven's love for the world, the Weaving Maid fell in love with the hardworking and brave Cowherd, married the Cowherd and gave birth to a child. She refused to return to heaven and was chastised by the Queen Mother, thus giving rise to a romantic love story.
“一洞锁四桥，双狮迎龙潭”，是漂洞桥绝美景观的阐释。精妙绝伦的溶洞镶嵌其中，幽深天然的地下河穿梭贯行，喀斯特溶洞湿地类型十分典型。景区内众多奇石、溶洞溶泉被认为是“石神”“水神”的所在，存在着自发而固定的祭祀习俗，赋予了湿地公园深厚的历史文化底蕴。
