信興實業國際有限公司通過三十多年的發展，企業員工總人數已由原來的10多人發展到現在的400餘人，其中工程技術人員占100餘人，公司主要從事模具製作、小型家電、汽車配件、醫療及電子等注塑產品。
信興實業國際有限公司於 1987年在香港成立，
1994年於東莞長安設置廠房及模具事業部，
1998年注塑車間獲得IOS9001認證，
2008年東莞成立電子事業部，研發高音質耳機、藍牙及Wi-Fi等電子產品
2008年天津設立分廠，主要業務為汽車零部件產品
2010年湖南宜章成立郴州展翔綠色農業有限公司，大規模開展綠色生態種植
2011年取得IATF16949認證。
2016年增設全自動化配置的機器人生產線及先進頂級加工中心，加強信息化與数据化，以實現智能製造。
Company Introduction
Innovation has accomplished the sustainable development of the enterprises.
Through more than 30 years’ development of Shun Hing Industrial International Ltd. the total number of employees has increased from more than 10 people to more than 400 people, including more than 100 engineering and technical personnel. The company is mainly engaged in mold making, small household electrical appliances, auto parts, medical and electronic injection products.
In 1987 Shun Hing Industrial International Limited was founded in Hong Kong.
In 1994 The 1st factory and Tooling Division were set up in Changan, Dongguan.
In 1998 Injection Molding Workshop was awarded ISO9001 certification.
In 2008 Electronic Products Division was set up to research high quality earphone, Bluetooth and WI-FI products.
In 2008 The 2nd factory was established in Tianjin and its major business is automotive products.
In 2010 Zhan Xiang Green Agriculture Limited was established in Yi Zhang, Chen Zhou, Hunan Province to develop large-scale green ecological planting.
In 2011 The company was awarded IATF16949 certification.
In 2016 Set up more advanced top machining centers and fully automated robot production line to strengthen informatization and datamation, in order to realize intelligent manufacturing.
模具事業部
為了配合公司發展的需要，滿足客戶需求。信興模具事業部不斷增加先進的設備，
五軸加工中心，5軸聯動時精度可達±0.005毫米
穆爾六軸座標磨床，重複定位精確度達至2微米，主軸轉速可達至每分鐘175,000RPM
德馬吉(DMG)激光鐳雕機可用於不同的材料上做非常精細的雕刻加工，並具有6軸加工功能，能從不同的角度打垂直壁；還可通過3D加工出極具立體感的工件。
為了配合模具加工定位的需要，信興採用了高精度加工定位系統-“EROWA愛路華系統，使加工更穩定，更快速和重複性高。每台機器，都有一個或多個標準底座（ITS卡盤)。每件工件都有愛路華ITS夾頭。把ITS放入底座時，公差不超過2微米。
引進了二維條碼管理系統，加工前後掃二維碼並保存記録，可在不同的車間查看工作。條碼系統可準確跟蹤每個工件的位置，讓資訊交流得更快。
針對信興的自動化系統，公司開發引進一套先進RFID管理系統，會使用晶片連接每一個車間的流程，系統針對不同的設定做出相應處理，發出指令信號，控制執行機構動作從而提高效率。
Tooling Division
In order to meet the needs of the company's development and customer’s needs. Shun Hing Tooling Division has continued add advanced equipment including 5- axis machining center, 5-axis simulation movement precision up to ±0.005 mm
Moore six-axis coordinate grinding machine, the repositioning accuracy up to 2 microns, spindle speed up to 175,000RPM;
DMG laser engraving machine can be used to perform very fine engraving process on different materials, and has 6 axis processing function, can make different angles; It can also be processed through 3D to produce highly stereoscopic.
In order to meet the positioning requirements of mold processing. Shun Hing adopted high-precision process positioning system -- "EROWA" system, which makes processing more stable, faster and highly repeatable. Each machine has one or more standard bases (ITS chucks).Each workpiece has EROWA ITS holder. When ITS holder is placed into the base, the tolerance is no more than 2 microns.
The two-dimensional barcode management system is introduced. The bar code will be scanned and after processing and records will be saved, so that the work can be checked in different workshops. Barcode system can accurately track the location of each workpiece, and let information exchange faster.
For Shun Hing’s automation system, the company has developed and introduced a set of advanced RFID management system, which uses chips to connect the process of each workshop. The system will make corresponding processing according to different settings, issue commanding signals, and control the actions of the actuator to provide efficiency.
自動化系統
配合公司工業4.0邁進方向，信興投資了一套Roders全自動加工中心。可以更迅速，更準確的生產大量工件。
CMM測量實現全自動化，其測量資料可直接導入資料中心，達到IATF16949的管理要求。
Automatic System
To cope with company’s Industry 4.0 developments direction, Shun Hing has invested in a set of Roders fully automatic processing center. It can produce a large number of workpiece more quickly and accurately.
CMM measurement is fully automated, and the measurement data can be directly imported into the data center to meet the management requirements of IATF16949.
注塑事業部
注塑車間具備生產汽車工業和醫療產業上的零件的能力，主要從事精密注塑與薄壁注塑，注塑機100%產自日本，其中FANUC和住友電機就占了80%，其注射的準確度達0.01mm。
信興擁有30T〜850T的注塑成型機。為了保證產品的品質與穩定，採用熱流道及多頭型式的方式生產。為加強某些特別產品的穩定性，信興設置了 10萬級無麈注塑車間，採用專業膠料抽濕機與專業模溫機，配備了中央送料系統，以及中央監控系統等。
Plastic Injection Division
The plastic injection workshop is capable of producing parts for automobile industry and medical industry. It is mainly engaged in precision injection and thin-wall injection. The plastic injection molding machine are 100% made in Japan, among which using FANUC and Sumitomo electric motors are accounted for 80%, and injection accuracy is 0.01mm.
Our plastic injection machines model size are 30T ~ 850T. In order to ensure the quality and stability of the products, we adopted hot runner and multi – cavity tooling methods in production. To enhance the stability of some special products, Shun Hing has set up 100,000-level clean room as plastic injection workshop, which using professional plastic hopper dryer system and professional mold temperature control machine, equipped with central feeding system and central monitoring system, etc.
電子事業部
信興電子事業部於2008年成立，主要為外國品牌製造高端耳機，之後大力投資研發藍牙和Wi-Fi等電子產品。於2016年開始為歐洲高階客戶生產可擕式的電子產品。並與兩間跨國設計公司合作成為戰略夥伴，為客戶提供更優質更完善的服務。
為了保證公司產品品質，公司購買了超過20多種不同的可靠性測試儀器， 經過數年與國外客戶的合作與互相交流，“信興”完全可以為客戶提供ODM服務。
Electronic Product Division
Shun Hing Electronic Product Division was established in 2008, to mainly make high-end headsets for foreign brands, then invested heavily in research and development of Bluetooth, WI-FI and other electronic products. In 2016, Shun Hing has cooperated with two overseas design houses as strategic partners to make portable electronic products and provide a better service to our client.
In order to ensure the product quality, the company has purchased more than 20 different reliability testing instruments.
After several years of cooperation with overseas customers, " Shun Hing " is fully capable of providing ODM services to customers.
