全球一体化进程加速了国际航运的发展,同时也推动了集装箱码头工艺的变革和技术创新。

The increasing globalization has prompted the development of international shipping industry. At the same timeit also transforms the container terminal handling process and promotes technological innovation.

开篇介绍

引导

 

1、 端部装卸工艺一个堆场的生长,镜头围绕堆场旋转(李工)

2、 飞入三台轨道吊,海陆侧移动显示红叉,中间轨道吊弹出;生长集装箱,需体现海侧堆场和陆侧堆场集装箱很满(李工),海陆侧做一个进箱流程,同时陆侧轨道吊做一个出箱流程,两者目标位有交叉,要表达相互等待、驱赶的细节(孙工)

3、 常用方式,用虚拟箭头表示集装箱路径,然后两台轨道吊各做一个进箱作业(洪)

4、 集卡后面等待多辆,集卡反复倒车2次(孙工)

以堆场端部装卸为典型特征的自动化集装箱码头工艺,促进了码头无人化、智能化的发展,但也面临着一些困扰

The end-loading mode has advanced automated container terminal’s unmanned and

intelligent technology. But it is also faced with some challenges.

同一堆场两台轨道吊共轨运行,作业空间相互制约,使得生产组织难度增加,特别是作业繁忙时难以兼顾装卸船和集疏运作业。

Two ASCs travelling on the same rail interfere with each other in the block which increases the difficulty of dispatching. Especially during busy hours, it is hard to balance both seaside and landside operations.

场内、外水平运输设备不能直接到达目标作业造成轨道吊长距离往复行驶,能耗居高不下。

场内、外水平运输设备只能到达堆场端部,端部和目标贝位之间的集装箱搬运完全依赖轨道吊,使得轨道吊频繁地长距离往复行驶,能耗居高不下。

Internal and External horizontal transportation equipment only arrive at the transfer area located at the end of the block. So ASCs have to travel back and forth between transfer area and the target bay frequently to transport containers, thus causing high power consumption.

集卡倒车进入交互时,倒车时间,容易影响其车道正常通行

Trucks have to reverse to enter the transfer area. And this will sometimes block the traffic flow.

阐述当前自动化集装箱码头的工艺痛点

生长一个船舶、一个岸桥;近景镜头,动画展示主小车岸桥从船舶抓箱到中转平台到IGV过程;同时镜头拉远,依次生长其它岸桥和船舶;最后生长围网;

码头前沿通过岸桥实现船舶和IGV之间的集装箱搬运,岸桥作业区和水平运输区通过围网进行物理隔离,确保码头安全作业

STS is equipped in apron to move containers between vessels and IGVs. Fences are used to isolate STS operational area and transportation area to ensure safety operation.

场景3

 

场景单显示一个带箱IGV,过渡到在场景中生长出IGV和行驶区域; IGV接箱行驶到目标位,目标位可设在堆场中部(孙工),镜头朝向陆侧并缓慢跟随IGV并最终中远视角朝向堆场;后期特效展示IGV和轨道吊目标贝位,后期文字展示专用通道(洪工); 

场内水平运输设备采用双向行驶的IGV,直接抵达堆场目标贝位,避免堆场起重机长距离-往复搬运集装箱。

IGV is adopted for horizontal transportation which can travel in both directions. It can directly reach the target position to replace RMG frequent gantry movement with long distance.

场景4

 

生长出轨道吊、堆场、集装箱、U型路和其它辅助设施,镜头拉近至中等距离,动画展示轨道吊对IGV作业,之后轨道吊移动较短距离对集卡的作业(孙工)。

堆场紧密布置通道两侧,采用双悬臂轨道吊。在一侧悬臂下实现对IGV的自动化作业,在另一侧悬臂下实现对外集卡的作业。

Travelling lanes are arranged closely beside blocks. Both side cantilever RMG is equipped in yard. The cantilever of one side is reserved for IGV automatic operation. And the other side is reserved for truck operation.

引出垂直布置的堆场结合侧面装卸工艺布置

场景5

 

动感高亮U型路;后期特效U型路和目标贝位(孙工);动画演示集卡行驶与到位、作业、离开(洪工)。

外集卡通过U路径直接到达堆场目标贝位,进行进提箱作业,完成后通过U型路径直接出港。

Trucks directly travel to the target position and exit  the terminal through the U-shaped path to carry out gate-in and gate-out tasks.

引出水平运输U路径的工艺布置

场景6

 

1、依次高亮(开/关)堆场和IGV通道(洪工);

2、分别用不同颜色箭头特效IGV通道和U型通道;

3、切镜显示IGV充电中近镜头,并制作充电电流后期效果

4、镜头切换到IGV侧装卸作业,再切换到集卡侧装卸作业。

5、切换为全场景展示一段时间。

依次相邻的两个堆场共用外集卡集疏U型通道或IGV水平运输通道.

Two adjacent blocks share the same U-shaped path for trucks or travelling lanes for IGV.

IGV与外集卡物理隔离、交通分流、互不干涉形成交互简洁、直进、侧面装卸的码头平面布置为自动化码头的持续进步提供了一个全新思路。

IGVs and Trucks are isolated by using different paths without interference. This new type of side-loading layout with straight in and out characteristics presents a new idea for the continuous improvement of automated container terminals.
