1、 毛里求斯伊甸园文化娱乐广场项目是一带一路经济合作框架下的沿线工程，

建筑面积约14300平方米，项目由主体结构、钢结构幕墙、玻璃幕墙、异形钢格栅、园林景观，室内观影区、商业区、KTV、办公区、婚庆殿堂等部分组成，建成后将成为毛里求斯首都路易港的新商业中心，成为非洲重要的经济口岸建筑。

1、Eden cultural entertainment plaza program in Mauritius is a project along the Silk Road under one Belt and One Road economic framework. It has construction area of about 14300 square meters, including the main structure, the steel structure curtain wall, glass curtain wall, irregular-shaped steel grille, landscape, interior viewing area, commercial districts, KTV, office, wedding halls and other parts. After constructed, it will become a new commercial center in Port Louis, the Mauritius capital, and the important economic port building.

2、项目建设主要经历了主体结构建设、钢结构建设、机电安装、幕墙施工、室内精装修、园林景观等各个阶段节点，其中以幕墙的施工任务最为间距，在施工期间，我们采用了钢格栅精准定位，整体吊装技术，降低了工期，节约了成本，创造了利润达470万美元。

2、Constructing the program has several critical points including main structure construction, steel structure construction, mechanical and electrical installation, curtain wall construction, interior fine decoration, landscape. Among these critical points, curtain wall construction is especial difficult. During the construction, we have adopted the steel grating precise positioning and integral lifting technology, reducing the program timescale, saving the program cost and creating a profit up to $4.7 million.

3、 毛里求斯拥有超长的海岸线，宜人的气候，在这个岛上也生活着华裔、印度

裔、法裔等各个民族的人，毛里求斯以其广阔的包容性，凝聚了来自各个国家的人们参与到了毛里求斯的国家建设。在伊甸园文化娱乐广场项目中，分别雇用了毛里求斯工人、孟加拉国工人、中国工人群体，打造了全新的项目劳务管理模式。

3、Mauritius has a long coastline and pleasant climate. It attracts Chinese, Indian, French and any other races to live. Also due to its extensive inclusiveness, people from all countries gather together to participate in the national construction of Mauritius. In this program, Eden cultural entertainment plaza program, we create a new labor management model by respectively employing Mauritian, Bangladeshi and Chinese workers.

4、项目的材料运作也分为了毛里求斯采购、中国采购、第三国采购三种模式，最终形成了一套完善的国外项目整体物资BIM系统流程，实现了材料的二维码管控，交底，并利用BIM技术结合国际贸易的装箱操作，降低运输成本，最终实现项目整体损耗率低于1%。

4、All the program supplies are purchased in Mauritius, China and the other country. Based this abroad program, it finally formed a set of perfect overall supplies BIM system process, realizing QR code controls and disclosure of material. Moreover, the transportation cost is reduced by using boxing operation combing BIM technology and international trade. All above measures finally realize lower than 1% loss rates.

5、机械工具的高效利用，结合BIM的模拟组装，现场就能实现各个工序的装配式安装。

5、On site we can complete fabricated installation of various processes. It mainly benefits from efficient use of mechanical tools and simulated assembly of BIM.

6、幕墙部分主要包含金属及玻璃幕墙系统，铝板幕墙系统，钢结构幕墙，钢格栅网架，钻石电梯雨棚，其中钢构幕墙呈锥形结构，除底部生根外无任何附着，板块呈异形布置，塔尖部分为异形玻璃，塔顶部无安装操作空间，根据BIM模型进行地面放线排版下单，将本应顶部安装的塔尖模块进行地面组装，之后成品吊装，解决了高空长时间多次作业的安全隐患，节约了工期。

6、Curtain wall system mainly consists of metal and glass curtain wall, aluminum curtain wall, steel structure curtain wall, steel grille rack and diamond elevator canopy. The steel structure curtain wall is designed in a cone-shaped structure without any attachment on basis pyramidis. The plate is shaped irregularly and the tip is decorated with irregularly-shaped glass. There is no operating space in cone tip. According to BIM model, we first floor typeset all the irregularly-shaped aluminum plates and place the order, and operate floor assembly of spire module instead of originally operating in tip. After floor assembly, integral lifting spire module really solves the safety problems of high altitude work for a long time and reduces the program timescale.

7、异形铝板模块的安装同样是通过BIM来进行完成的，通过三维软件revit和rhino进行参数化再设计，将异形铝板进行放样排版编号，完成下单，后期安装根据由Navisworks形成的动画进行交底操作，再利用3D扫描进行点云复核，保障模型及实际施工后的空间准确度。幕墙的施工过程还涉及到了许多与各专业间衔接有关的内容，通过碰撞检测，避免了返工整改的发生。

7、The irregularly-shaped aluminum module is also installed through BIM. Using 3D software revit and rhino realizes design after  parameterization. We first typeset and number all the irregularly-shaped aluminum plates and place the order. The late installation disclosure is operated based on animation formed by Navisworks and reviewed by 3D point cloud data to assure spatial accuracy of security model and actual construction. The construction process of curtain wall also involves many other knowledges among different majors. Through collision detection, rework and rectification can be avoided.

8、幕墙施工过程中遇到了巨大的挑战，主要集中在钢格栅网架的成品化安装上，在施工前，项目部拟定了详细的BIM施工方案，将网架进行拆分组装，形成一个个可分段加工单的小单元，钢构件到达现场后，根据事先的BIM方案图进行重组吊装，即实现了装配式的钢格栅网架施工。

8、However the curtain wall construction process encounters great challenge, which is the finished installation of steel grille installation. Before construction, the project department formulate a detailed construction plan. The spatial grid is disassembling

 and assembling to forms segmented processable single small units. After steel components arrive on site, we complete restructure lifting according to advanced BIM schematic drawing, finally realizing fabricated steel grille frame construction
