In Car Sharing Community, Zung Fu car owners can choose to share their cars with monetary rewards or apply to drive a Mercedes-Benz model by paying reasonably. It gives them access to the whole range of MB vehicles and also option to drive a MB vehicle among cities in ZF network. Such practices also improve the utilization of our idle vehicles.

Profit share has been introduced to make new business trial a success. 

Car share is another example. Instead of the traditional car allowance, excellent performers now have right to drive company demo cars for daily commute. Employees feel thrilled to drive a fancy Mercedes-Benz car while company saves up to RMB 1.3m car allowance. On those moments really matter, employees can apply to use company demo cars as well.
