　　Part II: ECO’s Mission

　　ECO Environmental Investments Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited,

　　known as Towngas.

　　Towngas has been promoting energy development continuously for more than 150 years ago.

　　Being one of the leading clean energy suppliers and quality service providers in both Hong Kong and PRC (Note： PRC

　　pronounce as “the Peoples Republic of China”),（[s] needs to be read out）

　　ECO explores clean & sustainable form of new energy and focus projects in PRC with low emission and fewer pollutants;

　　transforms low-value raw materials into high-value energy, chemicals and new carbon materials.

　　ECO also set up its own research institute.

　　The institute collaborates closely with domestic and foreign organizations and institutes,

　　 to conduct research, provide consultations and service support for business development.

　　Part III: Innovation, High Efficiency and Diversified business development

　　Since establishment, ECO has made remarkable achievements through breakthrough innovations.

　　In Hong Kong, ECO has designed, built and operated 5 designated LPG (pronounce as: Liquefied Petroleum Gas) filling

　　stations,

　　to serve local taxis and public light buses with clean fuel.

　　In 2002, ECO signed a franchise agreement with Hong Kong Airport Authority to design, build and operate an Aviation

　　Fuel Facility (AFF),

　　Supplying fuel for all aircraft at the Hong Kong International Airport and;

　　Maintaining operational efficiency of Hong Kong’s international aviation hub.

　　In 2004 and 2017, ECO designed and built landfill gas treatment plants at the Northeast New Territories Landfill and the

　　Southeast New Territories Landfill respectively. （[Northeast] read wrong [Northwest]）

　　The treated landfill gas, is transported to Towngas’ production plant in Tai Po Hong Kong via a pipeline and be used as

　　fuel in town gas production. [Tai] read the wrong [Tay]

　　Separately, the landfill gas processes as synthetic natural gas for use as kind of renewable energy.

　　Riding on experience of gas filling business, ECO explores the use of unconventional gas resources utilization business.

　　In 2008, ECO CBM (pronounce as: coal bed methane)liquefaction plant in Shanxi province started production.

　　The extracted CBM can be liquefied on site by using the world’s latest cryogenic technology to reduce its volume.

　　This helps to replace the use of diesel by liquefied natural gas in heavy-duty vehicle and also improves air quality.

　　Meanwhile, ECO is engaged in a clean coal chemical upgrading project in Inner Mongolia. This methanol plant uses coal

　　as the raw material to produce methanol, which is a clean vehicular fuel and chemical feedstock with high economic

　　value.

　　In 2017, ECO further upgraded methanol and partially convert coal-based syngas into ethylene glycol, which can be used

　　as chemical fiber and vehicle cooling agent.

　　By adopting the own proprietary technology in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, （[Jiangsu] Please listen to the

　　reference sound） ECO upgrades inedible grease feedstock into hydrogenated vegetable oils (HVO) for use as

　　bio-diesel green fuel, which is highly demand in civilized European Countries.

　　Traditionally, the bitumen components of coal tar oil contain impurities, being used as fuel or paving would [would]

　　read the wrong [Could] cause pollution. ECO has developed a patented technology for transforming coal tar oil into

　　high-performance new carbon materials.（）

　　Burning agricultural waste is one of the key factors causing air pollution.

　　By innovative technology, the abandoned straw could be converted into new materials,

　　technology.
