　　 automated storing and taking of pipe available.

　　 instructions to realize auto pipe taking, auto cycle machining and auto exiting.

　　 The automated labeling unit will use EO switch sensing and detecting pipe section entering

　　 the auto labeling machine. And the logistics system will automatically adjust labeling speed to

　　 realize fully automated labeling.

　　 With robotics vision measurement technology and welding seam tracking technology, the

　　 assembly welding unit can realize simultaneous welding with several robotics.

　　 The automated logistics unit runs through the whole pipe processing production line,which

　　 can realize auto transfer of pipe section in workplaces.

　　5 虚实结合的 Construct a management control center with centralized control and dynamic demonstration

　　 管控中心 function which can, display in real-time production plan,production schedule and equipment

　　 operation status information.And finally it will construct an intelligent and comprehensive
