　　Silicone material is the so called "industrial monosodium glutamate". It is an

　　important basic raw material of the whole country’s economy growth and has a wide

　　range of application. In the following, let us have a quick look about the production

　　process of silicone.

　　 首先，购置来的金属硅块通过研磨机磨成硅粉，合格的硅粉会通过气体输送给单体合成

　　装置。

　　First of all, metal silicon block is milled into powder by miller, after that, milled

　　silicon will be transported to MCS reaction unit by gas.

　　 再和催化剂、氯甲烷一起进入流化床进行气固相催化反应生成有机硅粗单体，通过洗涤

　　塔过滤出渣浆后，顶部得到的物料到粗单体塔进一步分离得到粗单体。

　　Milled silicon and methyl chloride( MCl) reacts in the presence of catalyst to produce

　　methylated crude MCS (methyl chlorosilanes) in a fluid bed through catalytic

　　reaction of gas and solid phase. Methylated crude MCS will be scrubbed to remove

　　fines and then fed to demethylation column to separate methyl chloride from MCS

　　to get demethylated crude MCS.

　　 这期间产生的废气、废水、废渣都会被工厂循环利用，绿色处理。

　　Waste gas, waste water and waste solid generated during reaction will be recycled

　　and green treated.

　　 粗单体是包含多种物质的混合物，必须要经过甲基单体精馏塔分离。

　　Crude MCS produced from reaction unit is a mixture containing multiple substance

　　and must to be separated by distillation column.

　　 而这种甲基单体精馏具有分离组分多、组分相对挥发度小、分离纯度高等特点，粗单体

　　通过多塔分离工艺，分离出一甲，二甲等多种高纯度甲基单体产品。

　　The distillation column can manage multi-component separation, enable relatively

　　low volatility and high purity of separation, it can separate highly pure methyl

　　chlorosilane such as M1(Methyltrichlorosilane), M2(Dimethyldichlorosilane) etc.

　　 通过单体精馏出来的产品，哈尔滨配音公司在二甲水解装置进行水解后又能变成氯化氢和硅氧烷，氯化

　　氢在氯甲烷装置中与甲醇循环回用生产氯甲烷，氯甲烷返回合成装置生产粗单体。硅氧烷可

　　以生产 D4（八甲基环四硅氧烷）、D5（十甲基环五硅氧烷）、DMC、107 胶、甲基硅油，供给

　　下游生产和外卖。

　　The distillated M2 is fed to hydrolyzation unit to produce siloxane and recycle HCl

　　gas.

　　Siloxane can be used to produce D4, D5, DMC, H48, PDMS oil for downstream

　　production and sales. Recycled HCl gas will be sent to MeCl unit to react with

　　methanol to produce MeCl which will go back to MCS reaction unit.
